Asparagus and Triscuit Hot Dish

Ingredients

¾ pkg Triscuits - crushed

2 cans asparagus spears

Mix together: ½ cup mayonnaise

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can mushrooms - drained

1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced

Line bottom of casserole dish with ½ of the crushed triscuits

Add a layer of chicken mixture.

Add 2 cans asparagus

Top with remaining chicken mixture

Top with remaining crushed triscuits

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
