Broccoli/Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

1 package frozen broccoli spears

1 package frozen cauliflower

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can french fried onion rings (2.8 oz)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

⅔ cup evaporated milk

Directions

Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender crisp. Drain. Place in 9x11 greased baking dish. Put cheese and ¾ of the onion rings over the vegetables. Mix soup and milk and pour, then put remaining onion rings on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes
