
1 cabbage, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 small onion, grated
1 ½ tablespoons salad oil
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
½ teaspoon celery seed
1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
Combine cabbage, carrot, onion and salad. Toss until cabbage is coated. Chill. Mix remaining ingredients, and combine with cabbage mixture. Serve cold. Makes 6 servings.
