Cedric Adam’s So-Good Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

½ head cabbage, shredded coarsely

1 pound ground beef (lean)

1 medium size onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon butter

1 can condensed tomato soup

Pepper and onion powder

Directions

Coarsely shred the cabbage and set aside. Saute the ground beef with onion in butter. Don’t over brown meat. Add salt and other seasonings to your taste. Place cabbage and ground beef mixture in layers in a casserole, beginning and ending with cabbage. Pour tomato soup over the top and bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour or until cabbage is tender and meat cooked.
