
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
16 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling (or blueberry)
Place 16 liners in muffin tin. Put one wafer in each liner. Mix cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Spoon over wafers, about ¾ full.
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Decorate with reddi-whip.
