
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 jar Lone Star Grill Blackeyed Pea Dip
4 green onions, sliced
⅓ cup sliced ripe olives
½ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
½ shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 bag Lone Star Grill Blue Corn Chips
Spread cream cheese in 9” pie plate. Spoon pea dip over. Layer gr. onions, olives and cheese. Bake in 350 oven 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle cilantro. Serve with blue corn chips.
