
Prepare 3 C chopped cooked white meat of chicken. Combine this in a bowl with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 C.chopped celery, 2 TBLS grated onion, 1 TBSP lemon juice, 1 5-oz can water chestnuts, drained and slices, ½ C mayonnaise and 1 C toasted slivered almonds. Mix well. Turn the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle 1 C of EITHER potato chip crumbs OR chow mein noodles over the top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350. Serves 6
