
1 c water
1 tsp ground ginger
1 c sugar
¼ c unsweetened pineapple juice
¼ c cooking oil
1 c soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Mix water, ginger, sugar. Add juice. Add oil, soy sauce and garlic powder. Marinate chicken wings overnight. Drain. Bake on cookie sheets 45 minutes (about) at 350.
