Chinese Celery with Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

6 stalks celery

1 cup fresh or canned mushrooms

½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar substitute

Directions

Combine all ingredients and put in a shallow casserole. Baked at 375 for 15-30 minutes.

Serve with steak. Equals daily fat allotment (ingredients can be put into several layers of aluminum foil, seams folded over and put the charcoal grille!)
