
1 can (1 pound) chocolate syrup
½ cup light cream
2 pints chocolate mint ice cream
2 quarts carbonated water
Fresh mint, optional
Pour 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup into each of 6 (12 ounce) glasses. Stir in 1 tablespoon light cream and add 2 small scoops ice cream. Add carbonated water to fill each glass and stir lightly. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
