Ingredients
8oz cream cheese
1 ½ cup sour cream
12 oz shredded swiss cheese
15 ox can sauerkraut - drained
8 oz corned beef - chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in microwave oven until cheese and ingred. are hot.
Serve with rye crackers or snack rye or pumpernickel.
