
7-8 cups cucumbers - thinly sliced leaves some peel on
Sprinkle 1 ½ tsp salt over sliced cucumber and chill 1 hr - drain
In a container mix:
2 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 TBLS celery seed
Stir well till syrupy. Pour over cuc. Mix well. Store in refrig in covered jar. You ca add more sugar if you want.
