
1 # ground beef
1 onion - chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cr of chicken soup
1 cup milk
12 corn tortillas
Oil
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef and onion. Drain off fat. Mix liquids together and heat.
Put a little oil in large frying pan. Put each tortilla in to soften. Drain.
Pour some of the sauce in 9x11 pan. Take a tortilla and put some of the meat and cheese and roll up. Place in pan. When finished rolling all 12, pour remaining sauce over all.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Put rest of cheese on top and bake 5 min more. Let stand about 5 min.
