
Makes about 4 dozen appetizers
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped chives
10 slices (about ½) thinly sliced ham, summer sausage or pepper loaf
10 slices american cheese
In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in horseradish and chives. Spread each meat slice with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture; top with cheese slice and spread with another tablespoon cheese mixture. Roll up. Chill. Before serving, slice each roll into 5 pieces. Serve with toothpicks if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
