
2 c diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 5oz pkg narrow egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
⅔ c evap milk (6oz)
¼ c chopped pimento
⅔ c water
1 tsp salt
1 c chopped celery (cut very small)
1 ½ c shredded American cheese
¼ c green pepper - chopped small
1 c sliced toasted almonds or bread crumbs
Cook celery, pimento, green pepper until celery is transparent. Mix with nuts - mix all ingredients. Bake 400 for 20 minutes.
