Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients

3 lbs chicken breast - roasted with salt, pepper, oregan in a covered pan, then dice

4 cups celery chopped

1 cup slivered almonds

⅔ cup green pepper

¼ cup pimento

½ cup onions

Tsp salt

Pepper

¼ cup lemon juice

1 cup mayo

Swiss American Cheese slices to cover top

Directions

Mix together in 9x13 - spread out and put cheese slices on top and press down. Cover with buttered bread crumbs (2 ½ cup to 1 stick of butter) bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
