
1 cup drained bean sprouts
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, stems and pieces
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flake
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix or one chicken bouillon cube
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon monosodium glutamate
6 ounces cooked diced chicken
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Simmer about five minutes. Add chicken and heat thoroughly. Makes 1 serving. Equals one Lady’s Dinner.
