
½ head lettuce
1 cup celery-sliced
3 green onions-sliced
Minced parsley
1 can mandarin oranges
Put in large bowl.
Caramelized Almonds
Melt 3 Tbls sugar in heavy skillet
Add ¼ cup slivered almonds and brown - watch carefully.
Pour onto buttered plate.
Break apart when cool
Dressing:
3 Tbls vinegar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbls sugar
¼ cup salad oil
¼ tsp tabasco
Dash pepper
