
2 lbs ground beef - lean
¼ lb ground pork
⅔ cup fine dry bread crumbs
⅔ cup milk
¼ cup catsup (if desired)
1 ½ tsp salt
1 Tbls worchestershire sauce (handwritten note: I don’t like it)
1 large onion - finely chopped
½ tsp pepper (handwritten note: I also add spices - allspice, nutmeg, ginger, tiny bit cloves)
1 egg - optional
Mix together with hands. Form into a loaf. Put in foil lined cakepan. Bake at 325 for 1hr and 15 min - or more

Makes 42 meatballs
