
1 lb cubed pork
1 lb cubed veal
1 cup chopped celery
3 large onions
1 can mushrooms
2 cans chicken rice soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can consomme
1 cup raw rice
¾ cup water
3 tsp soy sauce
Brown pork and veal. Add celery and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Add chow mein noodles or cashews on top during last ½ hour of baking.
