Oven Stew

Ingredients

2# cubed stew meat

2 cups each of potatoes - carrot chunks - celery

3 onions - quartered

1 large can whole tomatoes (do not drain)

1 Tbls sugar

3 Tbls tapioca

Salt-pepper

1 slice bread - cubed

Directions

Mix together and bake 5 hours at 250 in a large covered casserole or roasting pan. Add frozen peas last minutes if desired.
