
1 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp roasted garlic and bell pepper seasoning
2 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 ½ lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in ¼-inch strips
5 cups assorted cut-up vegetables
Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches until no longer pink, adding additional oil if needed. Remove from skillet. Add vegetables; stir fry 3 minutes. Return beef to skillet.
Stir soy sauce mixture. Add to skillet; stirring constantly. Bring to a boil on medium heat and boil 1 minute.
