
1 can (29oz) pears
1 pkg (3oz) any flavor gelatin
2 pkgs (3oz ea) cream cheese
1 cup (½ pint) whipping cream, whipped
Drain pears; reserve 1 cup juice. Heat one cup pear juice to boiling; stir in gelatin. In food processor or blender combine pear juice/gelatin and cream cheese until smooth. Mash drained pears; stir into gelatin mixture. Fold in whipping cream. Pour into 2 qt mold and refrigerate until firm. Unmold and serve.
