
4 chicken breasts, boned and split with skin removed
6 slices Swiss cheese (handwritten note: or 8)
½ cup milk or white wine
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 can (10 ½ oz) cream of chicken soup
3 cups seasoned croutons
Place chicken in 9x13-inch baking dish and top with cheese. Stir milk and soup until smooth; pour over chicken. Toss croutons in butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
Variation: substitute sliced turkey breast for chicken
