Vi Andersons Hot Dish

Ingredients

2 lbs ground steak

2 onions

1 small bunch celery

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 cup mushrooms

1 cup uncooked rice

6 tsp soy sauce

½ lb salted almonds

If dry add 1 cup milk

Directions

Brown ground steak and onions. Cook celery till tender crisp. Mix all together, saving ½ of the almonds for the top. Also put cornflakes or chow mein noodles on top.

Bake for 1 hour or more at 350 degrees. I usually find it takes about 1 ½ hrs or more.
