Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

β…” cup wild rice, uncooked

1 pound hamburger

1 cup celery, diced

1 onion, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

ΒΌ teaspoon pepper

1 cup cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

Directions

Cook rice in salted water until tender, about 45 minutes. Brown hamburger, celery and onion. Drain fat; stir in salt, pepper, soup and mushrooms. Heat just until boiling. Drain rice and combine with hamburger mixture. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
