Baked Fish Dish

Ingredients

1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)

1 beef bouillon cube

2 tablespoons chopped green pepper

½ teaspoon dried onion flakes

½ cup chopped celery

1 pound fillet of sole

½ teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat mushroom liquid and dissolve bouillon in it

Add mushrooms, green pepper, onion flakes, and celery

Pour mixture over fish

Sprinkle fish with parsley and parmesan cheese

Bake in 350F oven for 20 to 25 minute or until fish flakes easily
