Bakery Frosting

Ingredients

2 egg whites

¼ teaspoon salt

1 ¾ cups powdered sugar

½ cup shortening

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

1 ½ teaspoon flavoring

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff; add salt and powdered sugar. Set aside. Cream shortening and granulated sugar; add flavoring. 

Combine two mixtures together and blend well.
