
Mix together:
2 c flour
1 ½ c sugar
⅔ c butter
Reserve ¾ c of this mixture for crumb topping.
Add to rest of mixture:
2 tso bkg pwd
1 tsp salt
2 unbeaten egg yolks
1 c milk
Beat for 3 min.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Spread in 12x8 pan. Arrange 1 c blueberries over batter. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 350 40-50 min. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
