
2 ⅔ cups (about) baker’s angel flake coconut
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
½ cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 baked chocolate cake (13x9)
Combine coconut, sugar, butter, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Spread on warm or cooled cake in pan. Place in pre-heated broiler and broil 2 or 3 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned. Cut into squares. Makes 12 servings.
