Cherry-Berry on a Cloud

Ingredients

6 egg whites

½ tsp cr of tartar

½ tsp salt

Beat egg whites and cr of tartar until stiff, slowly add salt and sugar and continue beating unti thick. Spread lightly into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake in 275 degree oven for 60 minutes. Turn oven off and leave meringue in oven overnight or until cold.

1 pint whipping cream

2 cups miniature marshmallows

6 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Whip cream until thick; fold in marshmallows; set aside. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Fold in the whipped cream and marshmallow mixture and spread over baked meringue. Let set for about 12 hour in refrigerator. When ready to serve cut into serving pieces and top with Cherry Berry.

1 tsp lemon juice

1 10oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed (or more)
