Cherry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1 c margarine

1 ¾ c w sugar

4 eggs

3 c flour

1 ½ tsp bkg soda

1 tsp vanilla

1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

Cream marg and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Add flour and soda. Spread ⅔ of batter into a greased pan. Spread pie filling over it. Drop remaining batter over filling by spoonfuls. Bake 350 for 40-45 min.

Make a powd. Sugar glaze and spread on cake while still warm.

(I used 10 x 15 pan with 1” sides)

Can use blueberry pie filling also, or any other kind.
