
7 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 large egg, well beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Sliced bananas, whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles for garnish
In medium saucepan, melt chocolate in cream, stirring constantly. Whisk stir in beaten egg. Cook, whisking constantly, until bubbles appear on surface. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into blender. Add vanilla. Mix on high speed for 1 minute. Pour chocolate cream into pretty dessert cups or glasses. Chill until ready to serve. Serve garnished with banana slices, whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
