Chocolate Silk Dessert

Ingredients

½ lb vanilla wafers - crushed - put ⅔ in 9x9 pan

Set aside (use small bowl):

3 egg whites, beaten

1 tsp vanilla

Blend together in large mixing bowl

3 egg yolks, beaten

½ cup butter

2 ½ cups powdered sugar

2 squares baking choc, melted

Directions

Fold in the egg whites. Pour into the 9x9 pan. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with crumbs. Refrigerate 6 hrs.
