Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

1 cup milk

½ cup sugar

½ cup margarine (crossed out and butter written)

3 well beaten eggs

1 tsp salt

1 yeast cake or pkg

¼ cup warm water

1 Tbls sugar

4 to 4 ¼ cups flour

Directions

Put milk, sugar and butter in large pan. Bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs and salt to milk mixture. Soften yeast in water and sugar then add to milk and egg. Add flour and mix well

Let rise about 1 hour. Punch down and let it rise again. Dough is very sticky - roll on floured board. Form into desired shapes and let rise again in pans about 1 hour. Bake at 375 (crossed off and 350 written) 20-25 min for 9x13 pan - 10 min for individual

ROLLS:

For cinnamon rolls roll dough int a rectangle about 8” wide x 20” long. Drizzle melted butter over it and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture (1 cup sugar - 2 tsp cinnamon). Roll up long side and then cut in 1- 1 ¼ slices and place in pans.
