
Duncan Hines white cake
1 cup water
2 lg eggs
½ can coconut cream* (16oz)
Beat 2 min. Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan. Bake 30-35 min.
While cake is still hot, poke with lg tined fork all over cake. Pour rest of can of coconut cream over.
When cool, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar to carton of cool whip and spread over cake. (8oz cool whip)
Top with angel flake coconut
Chill. Delicious! Cake gets very high.
*¾ cup cream in cake - ¾ cup over cake
