
White cake mix
1 cup water
2 large eggs
½ can of coconut cream (16oz can)
Beat 2 minutes. Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. While cake is still hot poke with a large tined fork all over the cake. Pour the remaining ½ can of coconut cream over the cake (8oz).
Cool the cake, then frost with following:
8oz tub of Whip
2 Tbls powdered sugar.
Mix together and spread on cake. Top with coconut flakes
Cake gets very high.
Chill - delicious!
