
6 cups paper thin cabbage
¼ cup sugar
1 cup shredded carrot
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup buttermilk
½ tsp celery seed
2 drops tabasco
3 Tbls dry minced onion
Serves 8
Toss cabbage with sugar and shredded carrot
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Drench with milk.
Let stand 10 min in refrig, covered.
Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrig for 1 hour before serving. It shrinks. Drain excess dressing before serving.
Will not keep for more than 24 hours.
