Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

3 ¾ pounds cranberries 

1 ½ red bell peppers, diced 

1 ½ green bell peppers, diced 

2 ¼ yellow onions, diced

1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar

3 cups sugar

2 ¼ teaspoons allspice 

1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger 

1 ½ cups black currants

1 ½ cups golden raisins

Directions

Put all ingredients in large pan. Cook over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes, or until cranberries pop. Lower heat. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool.
