
1 Tbls hot water
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1 cup oreo cookie crumbs
¼ cup butter, melted
½ and ¼ cup chopped pecans
1 14oz can sweetened cond milk
1 8 oz carton cool whip
2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup choc syrup
Small pkg mini oreos
In a small bowl dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside. In another bowl combine cookie crumbs, ½ cup pecans, and butter. Put into 9x13 pan.
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in coffee mixture, milk and choc syrup. Fold in cool whip and spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining pecans on top. Freeze. 24 servings. Garnish with mini oreos.
