
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, washed, trimmed and chopped
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Rinse cucumber slices in cold water and dry thoroughly. Place in medium bowl; add sour cream, green onions, vinegar and sugar; mix well. Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serves 4.
