
1 lb ground beef or pork - browned (note- I also add onions -chopped)
1 qt canned tomatoes
1 large carrot - grated fine
2 potatoes - cubed small
½ head cabbage - cut fine
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp marjoram
¼ tsp parsley
½ tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Beef broth and water to suit
