
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 ΒΌ cups shortening
1 egg
1 tablespoon vinegar
β cup water

In mixing bowl combine flour and salt. Cut shortening into flour mixture until mixture resembles small peas. Set aside. In small bowl, combine egg, vinegar, and water. Pour liquid into flour mixture. Blend only until flour is moistened. Divide in 3 equal portions. Cover with plastic. Refrigerate until ready to use.
