Festal Golden Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked pastry shell

1 can Festal Golden Pie Pumpkin

3 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon cloves

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ginger

1 cup milk or evaporated milk

Directions

Prepare on deep dish or two regular pie shells. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices and beat well. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk and beat well. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in a hot oven (450 F) for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes. Pie is done with knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.
