Greenfield Pie Crust

Ingredients

Combine:

2 cups flour

2 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

Cut in:

¼ lb chilled butter

5 heaping TB  crisco

Drizzle about 5 TB water

Directions

Shape in ball and refrigerate 1 hr.

Bake at 425 for 8 minutes, then 250 for 18-20 min

10 minutes before done brush with 3 TB butter or coffee cream

Makes 2 crusts
