
1 tenderized ham, about 10 pounds
Cola
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham, fat side down, in roasting pan. Add enough cola to cover ham halfway. Bake for 2 ½ hours (15 minutes per pound), basting frequently with cola. Remove ham from pan. Skin ham. Rub with dry mustard, pepper, bread crumbs and brown sugar. Press coating into fat.
Place ham on rack. Return to oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, basting often with cola.
