Heavenly Mocha Cheesecake

Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies, crumbled into fine crumbs

¼ cup butter or margarine

Mix and press onto bottom and up sides of a buttered springform pan. Put in freezer while making cheesecake batter.

8 oz creamcheese, softened

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

⅔ cup choc topping or syrup (herseys)

2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 

1 tsp of hot water

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Shaved chocolate

Directions

Beat cheese till fluffy. Add milk and syrup. Add dissolved coffee to mixture, stir well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Top with shaved chocolate. Freeze 6 hours or more.
