
1 ½ envelope gelatin
½ cup cold water
⅔ cup hot water (boil & cool)
5 egg white beaten stiff
¾ cup sugar
2 drops peppermint flavor
1 pint whipping cream
10 oz cookies
Crush cooked and put on top and bottom. Soften gelatin in cold water - set in ⅔ cup hot water until luke warm. Beat egg white stiff, mix with whipped cream, flavoring and sugar. Add gelatin mixture. Pour into 9x13 pan. Set over night.
