Jewish Cheese Cake

Ingredients

4 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

7 eggs

1 ½ cups sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 pint whipping cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients, pour into spring form pan, bake ½ hour with oven door open and ½ hour with oven closed at 375 degrees.

A 9x13 pan can also be used.
