Lemon Bars

Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 cup butter, soft

½ cup powdered sugar

Mix and pat in pan 10 x 15 inches. Bake 20 minutes at 350

4 eggs (beat 3 minutes)

4 (crossed out and 8 written) tablespoons lemon juice

Grated rind of 2 lemons

2 cups granulated sugar

4 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Mix together and pour onto crust. Bake 25 minutes. Cool

Frosting:

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon milk
